Your law school report form is compiled by LSDAS. Among other things, it will contain:
- LSAT score and percentile
- LSDAS GPA and percentile
- Brandeis GPA
- summary of your transcript(s)
It is the definitive document used by law schools in reviewing your candidacy. LSDAS will send out a copy of the report form to each of the law schools to which you apply. When you first register with LSDAS you can order report forms - you don't need to have specific schools in mind at this stage, you can just estimate the number of schools to which you think you'll apply. If you need additional forms later, they can be ordered (at a slightly higher cost) through LSDAS.
