What is TypeFocus Careers?
Typefocus Careers is a comprehensive self assessment and career development program.
It will take you approximately 45-60 minutes to complete and yield information which you will be able to use and refer back to throughout your many stages of career decisions and growth, and personal and professional transitions.
- Learn more about yourself by exploring your personality, interests, values and skills.
- Examine your study habits and time management skills to determine how you can be come more efficient or better prepared in class.
- Identify satisfying career options and plan a course of action to attain your career goals; whether it is a first job, graduate school, volunteer work, or a major career change.

By understanding yourself better, you'll find work that will be satisfying in the long run - where it counts. This report will help you discover satisfying careers, called Career Clusters, that fit with your strengths and personality profile.
- Setting Goals Report: Where am I going?
- This report will help you develop a focus and passion by asking you to assess your skills and lifestyle and then explore the careers linked to your answers. You will be linked to careers in demand in today’s current job market.
Getting the Job Report:
- Gaining an advantage.What will separate you from the others in the race for jobs? One answer is that you've taken the time to understand yourself so you can be of more value to your future employer. This report will help you use your personality strengths in your job search. Online career portfolio and resume writer add value.
Succeeding at Work Report: Now that I’ve got the job, how do I succeed?
- Understanding working relationship dynamics, dealing with conflict, team work, and knowing your unique learning style will help you become successful in your new job.
