On-line Application

- Please note that the first round of applications is now closed. All applications submitted henceforth will be considered for the 2nd deadline of March 14.
Submit with Application & Before Internship
- Employer Internship Offer and Agreement – To be written by the potential internship sponsor/supervisor. Student submits this completed invitation with all other application materials to Hiatt on or before February 29, 2008, at 12:00 noon.
- Letters of Recommendation – One to be written by a current or recent supervisor (for example, on- or off-campus job supervisor, laboratory supervisor, project manager) and another by a Brandeis faculty member or administrator. Both letters of recommendation may be from a Brandeis community member. Letters of recommendation should not be written by friends or peers and will not be accepted. Student to submit letters of recommendation in sealed envelopes with all other application materials as a package to Hiatt on or before February 29, 2008, at 12:00 noon.
For Selected Fellows
- Reconfirmation of Internship - confirms your participation and internship details.
- Program Requirements - acknowledges your acceptance of the program requirements.
- Contact Information
- Paper copies of these documents for second-round selected fellows who are on campus and email versions for those studying abroad are due to Hiatt no later than Friday, April 4.
After Internship
- Final Student Report – To be completed by student and submitted to Hiatt by September 2008
- Final Project – Guidelines for creating final project presentation to the Brandeis community, Fall Term 2008.
