Based on the campus of the prestigious Brandeis University located just outside the city of Boston, Massachusetts—the CIEE English Language Academy will help you develop the knowledge and skills you will need to succeed in college and beyond. Through team-building projects, interaction with university staff, and language classes that are paired with exciting cultural activities, you’ll discover a new confidence in your language skills and yourself that will prepare you for the next stage of your academic career.

At the heart of the CIEE English Language Academy is a dynamic language learning program designed to help you become a better English-speaking student. Because the curriculum is customized by Brandeis University faculty to meet your particular strengths and needs, the program can accommodate students with a range of English-speaking abilities.
You’ll spend each morning in intensive English classes before heading out into the real world to apply what you’ve learned. From taking on fun team-building projects with your peers, to exploring cultural landmarks like Boston’s famous Faneuil Hall, structured, interactive activities help you strengthen your skills the best way possible: by communicating with native English speakers.
