“The summer program has been an invaluable learning experience for our students. Brandeis challenges them to put their learning and language skills to good use while making sure they have a great time.”

Escola Beit Yaacov, São Paulo, Brazil

Brandeis University is one of the top-ranked universities in the United States- an important research institution with a liberal arts focus. We emphasize an interdisciplinary approach to knowledge, a focus on social justice and a passion for real-world learning. Jewish life at Brandeis is rich and diverse- we value authentic, open-minded Jewish encounters.

This summer we are inviting Jewish high school students from around to world to gather on our beautiful campus for a 10-day program of learning and fun. Students will:

  • learn about Judaism in America
  • experience life on an American college campus
  • take courses in a range of creative topics
  • explore Jewish identity
  • tour historical and recreational New England destinations
  • meet Jewish teens from around the world

The Brandeis International Encounter will open young people to the variety of Jewish life and experience, and show them how an American university works.  We offer kosher dining, and the opportunity to observe and celebrate Shabbat according to any observance level.

Price: $2,300 USD
