Scholars, writers, and professionals working on projects with
significant Jewish women’s studies and gender studies
components, Hadassah-Brandeis Institute Research Associates
are appointed by Founding Director Shulamit Reinharz. Through
their one-year renewable appointments, Research Associates
establish a formal affiliation with Brandeis University. Research
Associates do not receive funding for their projects, but
have access to university libraries and may use their affiliation
to apply for outside research grants. For more information,
