- Manages vendor and brokerage relationships, including administration, service and performance
- Negotiates rates, services and benefits
- Makes recommendations on policy changes, as appropriate
- Administers Faculty FMLA policy in coordination with the Office of the Dean of Arts and Sciences

- Conducts benefits orientation for faculty and staff
