Weight Watchers at Work Summer 2017 Meeting Schedule

We invite all Brandeis Faculty, Staff and Graduate Students to join a great group!  Meetings are scheduled to be held weekly for 45 minutes during lunch hours. The weight-loss and weight-management program is designed to help individuals achieve their goals in a supportive, inspirational and confidential environment. 

NEW session to launch mid June 2017 (15 enrollees required to launch the session)!

Brandeis University hosts weekly Weight Watchers at Work meetings for Faculty and Staff.  These meetings have been extremely successful and are conveniently located on campus.  Meetings are scheduled to be held weekly typically from 11:30am to 12:15pm, location TBD.

Weight Watchers is offering 1 of 2 programs:

12 week session = $156​*​ per person (15 enrollees required for program to launch).

17 week session = $186* per person (20 enrollees required for program to launch. 

​* Eligible Tufts Health Plan members may receive up to $150 reimbursement for participating in the Weight Watchers at Work program.​ Please see reimbursement form for details.

Weight Watchers accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Check*, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Debit Cards.  *Weight Watchers does allow 3 upfront payments by check of $52.00 each that would be deposited one month apart (on weeks 1, 5 & 10) or a lump sum payment by cash, check or credit card. 

*Weight Management Reimbursement: Employees enrolled in one of the three Brandeis group Tufts Health Plans may be reimbursed up to $150 per calendar year for weight management program fees.  Qualifying weight management programs include traditional Weight Watchers meetings; Weight Watchers at Work programs, and hospital-based weight loss programs.  Online and at-home programs do not qualify for the reimbursement benefit.  Please complete and submit the Tufts Weight Management Reimbursement Form
