Compensation Review

Compensation reviews are conducted by the Office of Human Resources and the budget office on a case-by-case basis. Reasons for compensation reviews include:

  • Job reclassification
  • Replacement position in which there are changes in responsibility
  • New position
  • Promotion

If you would like to request a compensation review, please complete a Compensation Request Form (fillable PDF) and return it to Lori Dougherty in the Office of Human Resources via interoffice mail or email Lori Dougherty.

A Compensation Request Form does not need to be completed for temporary positions and replacement positions.
