Employee Data Changes without Budget ImplicationsOver time, an employee’s position may evolve to include additional tasks and responsibilities. Under such circumstances, a title change or other action may be advisable. All title changes must be reviewed by the Director of Compensation.
Employee Data Changes with Budget ImplicationsPay changes may be due to a change in hours. If an employee increases or decreases his/her hours, a pay change will be necessary. This action will be reviewed by Employee Relations staff.
A pay change may be associated with a change in responsibilities. All requests for pay increases must be reviewed by the Director of Compensation.
