Employee Data Changes without Budget Implications

Over time, an employee’s position may evolve to include additional tasks and responsibilities.  Under such circumstances, a title change or other action may be advisable.  All title changes must be reviewed by the Director of Compensation.

Employee Data Changes with Budget Implications

Pay changes may be due to a change in hours.  If an employee increases or decreases his/her hours, a pay change will be necessary.  This action will be reviewed by Employee Relations staff.

A pay change may be associated with a change in responsibilities.  All requests for pay increases must be reviewed by the Director of Compensation.
