Careers in Research, Teaching and Policy

   
   

IBS PhDs excel in the analytical and technical skills required for research, consulting, teaching, and high-level policy making in international economics and finance. They have pursued careers in education and in the private and public sectors.

While completing their coursework and research, some PhD candidates have internships or summer jobs in organizations such as State Street Advisers, Harvard Business School, the Institute of International Economics, and various research groups at Harvard University.
