This document is only valid if signed by a School Official (Item #10). If you find any errors or omissions in your I-20 please contact the ISSO immediately. If your document looks accurate, print your name, sign and date Item #11. If student is under the age of 18, Item #11 must also be signed by parent or guardian. |

On an Initial I-20, page 3 is not signed by the School Official. The signature on page 3 is called a travel signature. An I-20 is only singed for travel AFTER you arrive on campus and are registered for a full course load. Please contact our office if you plan on travelling outside the U.S. so that we can make sure that your document is properly signed. |
