25Live is a service used by select groups on campus (such as Conference & Events, Registrar, and others who manage or share classroom or event spaces). It is a software system that assists with managing events, scheduling space, and it also interfaces with Sage (PeopleSoft Campus Solutions) to manage classroom reservations.
Primary Service Features
Brandeis requires a service for the campus community to assist in planning and managing events, and also to schedule space. Such events include classes, meetings, lectures, sporting engagements, and other academic and non-academic events. Also included are larger gatherings such as Commencement, Orientation, Conferences, Alumni Events, or even private weddings. The Event Management and Scheduling (25Live) service provides:
- Updated space availability
- Space scheduling
- Ability to detail events (Food Services, Custodial Services, Equipment, etc.)
- Reporting on events and spaces
- Class schedule importing
