Jane's Travel and Research Grant

The Latin American, Caribbean and Latinx Studies (LACLS) program each year awards Jane's Travel and Research Grant to Brandeis students to conduct research in Latin America, the Caribbean and the Latin American Diaspora in the United States. Grants vary in size, depending on air fare, length of trip and project budget. The maximum grant amount is $3,500.
Essay Prize
Deadline: March 25, 2024
The Jane's Essay Prize is awarded annually to an undergraduate student who writes the best paper in Latin American and Latinx studies. It carries a $300 cash prize.
Photography Prize
Deadline: March 25, 2024
The Jane's Photography Prize is awarded annually to a student for the best photograph from Latin America or a Latinx community. It carries a $200 cash prize.
