Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg reflects on Louis D. Brandeis' legacy

On the 100th anniversary of Louis D. Brandeis' nomination to the nation’s highest court, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg visited campus to speak about his legacy and continued influence on public discourse and American jurisprudence. The panel was moderated by Frederick M. Lawrence, former president, Brandeis University, and professor of politics, Brandeis University, and included Ralph D. Gants, Supreme Judicial Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; Philippa Strum ’59, Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars; Jeffrey Toobin, The New Yorker; and Mark Wolf, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
