Regional Facilitator Meeting
The ACT Northeast Regional Meeting will be held on Friday, October 11th from 10AM-4PM at Brandeis University's Hassenfeld Conference Center. The regional meeting will be a wonderful opportunity to meet other ACT facilitators and coordinators who are all working toward a common goal. Attend research presentations (speakers soon to be announced!), coordinator trainings, and business meetings regarding the Northeast region.

Research Presentation by Diane Levin!
Diane Levin, Professor of Education at Wheelock College and author of Beyond Remote-Controlled Childhood: Teaching Young Children in the Media Age, will lead a presentation and open discussion about media impact on children and our lives. Read more about Diane Levin.
Hotels and Accommodations
If you are coming from far, you may want to consider spending the night or taking a long weekend in Boston. The meeting is Friday of Columbus Day Weekend. There are many nearby hotel options, as well as local ACT members who may be willing to host guests overnight in their homes.
