Tuition Rates and Assistance
Cost
Each family contracts and pays for full-time care, even if they elect to use the Center less than full-time. Our tuition is based on the family's total income from all sources. There is no tuition difference between age groups.
The tuition rates effective June 22, 2012:
The tuition is $18,450 for the 10 month school year, 43 weeks. It is our policy to offer as many scholarships as we can according the the sliding scale below.

Tuition is due the first of each month. Each family pays a Security Deposit of one month’s tuition at the time they sign their contract. This deposit is applied against all fees outstanding on the last day of enrollment and the remainder returned. The second child in a family is charged 90% of the family rate, but not less than $1138.00 per month.
Tuition Assistance
The Center accepts state vouchers from the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) and Community Partnership Scholarships for tuition payment. To apply for these vouchers and scholarships, contact your area child care resource and referral center. For Waltham and many western suburbs, call Child Care Search at 978-897-6400.
