Matthew Cohen of Lexington, Mass., and his wife, Juliana, are proud to announce the arrival of a baby girl, Brianna Hailey,  born on Nov. 17, 2009. Grandparents Lucy ’71 and Mark Weinstein ’71, Juliana’s parents, are thrilled.

Ruth Kalnitsky of San Francisco launched a solo law practice that provides affordable representation to individuals and small businesses in family law, landlord/tenant issues and employment matters.

Scott Selinger, an associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel since graduating from Brooklyn Law School in 2006, was appointed to serve as a recent-graduate member of the Brooklyn Law School Board of Trustees.

Andrew Sussman launched mazeltovblog.com, which offers free tips and cost-cutting advice to people planning events. He worked for 15 years with Cohen Productions, doing everything from hauling equipment to serving as master of ceremonies. Sussman also manages an automobile accessory company and works as a DJ on the weekends.

Sabrina Victor has joined the law firm of Costello, Cooney & Fearon in Syracuse, N.Y., as an associate. She practices primarily in the area of civil litigation. A graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Sabrina formerly worked for the New York City Law Department’s Tax and Bankruptcy Litigation Division.

Gene Leshinsky is VP of consulting 
services at QuantRiver Systems. He received a master’s in computer information systems from Boston University.

Adynna (Samuel) and Michael Swarz ’01 welcomed a baby girl, Eliana Serena Swarz, on May 2 in Los Angeles.

Brian and Mariann (Zilberman) Ashin are proud to announce the birth of a baby girl, Madison Rose Ashin. She was born on March 10 in Washington, D.C. Mare, big sister, Sydney, and little Maddie are all doing great!
