The U.S. Department of State awarded John Nunes a Critical Language Scholarship to study Russian this summer in Russia. A Russian studies major, John was one of 610 undergraduate and graduate students nationwide to receive the scholarship. The summer program provides fully funded, group-based intensive language instruction along with cultural enrichment opportunities. Rachael Koehler writes, “Attention all alumni of the Brandeis Rape Crisis Hotline, x6HELP, Brandeis Counseling and Rape Crisis Hotline (BCRCH) or x6TALK! The current members of BCRCH are looking for you. They are trying to document the history of the hotline since its origins and would appreciate any information you could provide. ACEing Autism honored Jon Ostrowsky for his efforts over the past five years to help improve the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder.
