Dmitriy Arkannikov joined the police department in Dracut, Mass. He graduated from the Lowell Police Academy and has served in the Army National Guard, attaining the rank of sergeant. Esteban Morales joined Blank Rome as an associate in the firm’s corporate litigation group in Los Angeles. Previously, he worked at DLA Piper. Marc Zegen married Risa Staszewski on Jan. 10 at the Old Westbury (N.Y.) Hebrew Congregation. Marc is vice president of acquisitions and debt originations at Madison Realty Capital, a New York real-estate investment firm.
