Benjy and Sofya (Bronshvayg) Cooper celebrated the arrival of daughter Sasha Penelope — “Class of 2035, projected,” they note — on May 7. Three-fourths of Sax Appeal, the Brandeis saxophone quartet, reunited in April when George Falk visited New York on tour with his band and met up with Jamie Fleishman and Evan Rosenberg. Becca Ludwig served as the group’s honorary fourth member for the night. Allison Green moved from New York to Seattle to pursue an MBA at the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. Sarah Isaacman married Jeremy Halbout on Sept. 10 at The Foundry in Long Island City, New York. They met 10 years ago as freshmen and quickly became best friends. Some of their favorite memories include hiding from RAs in their Rosenthal suites, having “meaningful” conversations in the Phi Psi basement and tearing up every dance floor they touched. Dana Schneider works in event management and donor engagement at UJA-Federation of New York. She was a regional organizing director on Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, managing field organizers and building volunteer networks around the country. In her spare time, Dana is a volunteer and fundraiser for women’s rights organizations.
