Allison Cohen was ordained as a rabbi by Hebrew Union College- Jewish Institute of Religion in Cincinnati. She serves as assistant rabbi at Congregation B’nai Israel in Boca Raton, Florida. Jeremy Elkins, who lives in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood, celebrated his five-year anniversary at DialogTech, which helps marketers optimize phone conversations with customers. Russell Foxworthy, a full-time student at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, graduates next year. He spent the summer working in Grubhub’s product-management division. Dafna (Gutfreund) Gamzeh and husband Liron celebrated the first birthday of daughter Nurit on April 4. SuJin Han completed her first year of law school, was promoted to unit supervisor at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and became a certified mediator. Marla (Merchut) married Nicole Izbicky ’11 on Nov. 5, 2016, in Chicago, where they live. Marla is an attorney at Smith Blake Hill. Nicole is a research analyst at DecisionQuest, a trial consulting firm. Shayna Medley and Jordan Warsoff ’11 were married on May 28 in Waltham. In May, Louis Polisson completed his fourth year of rabbinical school at Manhattan’s Jewish Theological Seminary and celebrated three years of marriage to Gabriella Feingold ’14. The couple lives in White Plains, New York, where Louis serves as rabbinic intern and Gladstein Fellow at Temple Israel Center. Louis also serves as student rabbi at Congregation Eitz Chaim. Gabriella has opened a life-coaching practice to help women who have built their lives around taking care of others figure out how to take care of themselves. Evan Rabin, who recently moved back to New York, co-founded Pillar Sales, which handles sales outsourcing for SaaS companies. He also teaches chess at several schools and through private lessons. Ali and Ari Salinger, MS’12, write that they can’t stop listening to Little Richard and want a dog. If you have a dog, they are a little jealous, but please do not let that stop you from bragging to them about your dog and/or showing them pictures of your dog. Hannah Zeltzer graduated from the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine in May.
