Judith Bennahum, P’92, presented a paper on actress/dancer Ida Rubinstein at the Dance Studies Association conference in Malta in July. This fall, she was movement director for a production of “The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time” in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Ellen Harriman writes, “I have been involved with the Unitarian Church in Boca Raton when in Florida. I find it very welcoming and inclusive, with an emphasis on humanitarian values. I copied the idea of having a monthly dinner/discussion group at people’s homes (politics and religion generally excluded as topics) and have a successful group meeting going on here in rural France.”

THE PAUSE THAT REFRESHES: Over the short span of 11 days in March 1956, southern New England enjoyed (or endured, depending upon your point of view) three major snowfalls.
