David Elliott has a clinical psychology practice in Providence, Rhode Island, and teaches internationally, most recently in Austin, Texas; Paris, France; and St. Petersburg, Russia. The former president of the Rhode Island Psychological Association, he and Daniel Brown received the 2018 Pierre Janet Writing Award from the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation for their book, “Attachment Disturbances in Adults: Treatment for Comprehensive Repair” (Norton, 2016). Stuart Miles Grant is co-founder of Grant & Eisenhofer, a plaintiff advocacy firm. A horse he owns, Monomoy Girl, won the $1 million Grade 1 Kentucky Oaks race at Churchill Downs on May 4. Stuart also owns South Carolina’s Camden Training Center, where many Thoroughbred racehorses winter and train. He serves as a trustee at the University of Delaware and the Delaware Art Museum. Martin Milkman is completing his 30th year at Kentucky’s Murray State University as a professor of economics and director of the Master of Science program in economics. In February, he celebrated his 25th anniversary with his wife, Velvet, who is women’s golf coach and interim athletic director at Murray State. Judith Seeds Miller writes, “My 26-year-old son, Jonathan, and I completed an Alcatraz-to-Aquatic Park open-water swim in August — an amazing 1.3-mile experience. I fit my training into a busy work schedule, providing legal representation to immigrants at my law offices in Bakersfield, California.” After many years living and working abroad, Teta Moehs was thrilled to spend several hours on the Brandeis campus during an April trip to Boston. Teta also reunited with friends in the area, including Sharon Bernanke and Michael Berman ’85. Su Sokol’s latest short story has been published in “After the Orange: Ruin and Recovery,” described as a “post-Trump” anthology of speculative fiction. Su’s second novel, “Run J Run,” will be published by Renaissance Press in the spring. Lori Lobel Underberger campaigned for judge of probate for the towns of Trumbull, Easton and Monroe in Connecticut. She was the sole and unanimously elected nominee at the May 23 Democratic convention.
