For the past 10 years, Charles Goodhue IV has been an associate head soccer coach at Wayland (Massachusetts) High School. During his time there, the soccer program has compiled a 107-55-36 record, made the postseason nine times, and won state titles in 2014 and 2016. Charles played outside middle for the Judges and was named to the District 1 ESPN The Magazine academic team his senior year. In July 2017, Frankie Joyce joined Lifespan Physician Group in Providence, Rhode Island, as a staff anesthesiologist and intensivist, and serves as associate chair for education in the Department of Anesthesiology. He’s also associate program director for the anesthesiology residency program and an assistant professor of anesthesiology at Brown University’s Warren Alpert Medical School. He and wife Shari live with their 3-year-old daughter, Eliana, in Canton, Massachusetts. Meryl Kahan, an obstetrician and gynecologist, has joined a private practice on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, based out of Mount Sinai Hospital. She previously worked at Saint Barnabas and Hackensack medical centers in New Jersey. Lianna Levine Reisner recently launched Plant Powered Manhattan, building a movement for wellness through whole-food, plant-based nutrition. She also practices organization development and change consulting, primarily through UJA-Federation of New York. In June, she became a certified vegan lifestyle coach and educator. Attorney Joshua Simmons was named one of Law360’s Rising Stars of Media and Entertainment Law. He is a partner at Kirkland & Ellis in New York. Adam Turek-Herman and Lauren Katz Turek ’08, of Great Neck, New York, announce the birth of daughter Reese Ilana. Adam, who completed a master’s in education leadership at Baruch College, is a teacher and online learning coordinator at Robert F. Kennedy Community High School. Lauren, who completed a master’s in public administration at Baruch, is senior policy associate at Hadassah, the Women’s Zionist Organization of America.
