Seamus Dromey, IBS MSF’11, and Laura Brenner were married on June 15 at Rosecliff Mansion, in Newport, Rhode Island. Laura is a pulmonologist and critical-care doctor at Massachusetts General Hospital. Seamus is a group leader of quantitative-model management at Fidelity Investments in Boston. Christine McInnis, MS’14, PhD’15, is a scientist at Torque Therapeutics, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she researches immunotherapy to treat cancer. She has established programs at Brandeis and at Brigham and Women’s Hospital that connect postdoctoral academics with private-sector postdoc opportunities. She also directs membership and volunteer engagement at the Boston chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. Christine is particularly interested in finding ways to promote women in science.
