Every ten years, Brandeis undergoes re-accreditation by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). The self-study process for our fall 2017 re-accreditation review is underway now.
NEASC provides standards, nine in all, that act as guidelines for the information needed for re-accreditation. These nine standards guide our preparation of a self-study document.
The self-study process provides Brandeis with an opportunity to identify strengths, discuss challenges, and articulate institutional priorities for the next five to ten years.
Over the course of 18 months, this self-study document will be produced by faculty and administrators with feedback from the entire community. It will be formally submitted to NEASC before their Visiting Team comes to campus in early November 2017.
This site serves to inform the Brandeis community about the process, progress, and results of the re-accreditation process.
