Parking changes in effect April 11 for Admitted Students Day

Brandeis' Admitted Students Day program is scheduled for Monday, April 11, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.

To accommodate the arrival of these admitted students and their families, the following temporary parking changes will be in place Monday.

Visitors will be directed to park within Theater and South Residence parking lots, which are located directly behind the Spingold Theater Complex.

Faculty, staff and commuter students who normally park in the Theater lot should park at 1022 Main St., the former site of Waltham Ford, across from the Bank of America building. Parking monitors and public safety personnel will be present to provide assistance.

The location of off-site parking can be found on this map.

Shuttle buses will be available throughout the day, beginning at 7 a.m. and running until 6 p.m. Shuttle drop-off spots on campus have been designated at the front of the Usdan Student Center, as well as on the peripheral road in front of the Spingold Theater Complex.

Resident students who normally park in the South Residence lot will be required to move their vehicles prior to 11 p.m. on Sunday, April 10. All resident student vehicles must be moved to the Charles River parking lot, located off Angleside Road. Vehicles that are not moved will have to be towed to that lot. An extra shuttle van will be available Sunday from 6 p.m. to midnight to provide transportation from the Charles River lot to campus. Students may return their vehicles to the South Residence lot after 7 p.m. on Monday, April 11.
