Standing United Against Violence

Chris Burden's 'Light of Reason'

Over the past few weeks, we have all been shaken by acts of extreme violence around the world and, over the past few days, by events in Louisiana, Minnesota and Dallas. Although these events have become all too familiar, we must never be complacent, become desensitized, or fail to raise our voices in protest of violence or in support of one another.

When we return for the fall semester, we will find ways to come together as a community, standing in solidarity in a spirit of unity and peace.

These issues affect us all. Please take care of yourselves and your loved ones.
