Human resources announces Boston Bruins 2009-10 ticket sale

The Office of Human Resources is happy to announce that it will sell tickets to the 2009-2010 Boston Bruins home games to faculty, staff and post docs.  Brandeis University has kept their seats in Section LGE4, Row 5, seats 1 – 4, four rows from the glass in the Bruins offensive zone! Tickets will be sold as pairs of 2.

If you are interested in entering your name in a drawing for the opportunity to purchase tickets, you must fill out an information form.

If you do not have access to a computer, please contact the Office of Human Resources and we will assist you in entering your information on the Web site.

The web address will be active from Wednesday, September 16, 2009 to Wednesday morning, September 23, 2009.  On Wednesday afternoon, we will use a program to randomly draw colleague names for the opportunity to purchase tickets.  The random selection will determine the order for purchasing tickets. The first name selected will receive the opportunity to purchase tickets first. The second name selected will follow the first and so forth.  In the event that a colleague selected does not purchase tickets, we will open up the option to purchase tickets to the next colleagues on the list until all tickets are sold.

On Wednesday, September 23, 2009, we will notify you via email on the status of your entry.  For colleagues selected to purchase tickets, you will be assigned a specific time slot to purchase your tickets.

Tickets will be sold on Friday, September 25, 2009, 10:00am-2:00pm in the Feldberg Lounge in the Hassenfeld Conference Center. Winners will have a time selected for them and the ticket sales will go in order selected.

• You must present your Brandeis ID card in order to purchase tickets.
• Seats are in section LGE4, Row 5, seats 1 – 4. The cost of each ticket is $73.00 ($146 a pair).
• We will only accept checks or money orders; no cash will be accepted.
• If you are unable to attend in person your assigned time to purchase tickets, you may send a designee to purchase tickets. However, a designee must show the Brandeis ID of the selected colleague and must have a Check or Money order from the selected colleague and signed by the selected colleague.
• All sales are final.
