LTS' new unified Help Desk open seven days a week

Library and Technology Services now provides knowledgeable, responsive computer help for the Brandeis community from a single unified Help Desk. The LTS Help Desk, located in Goldfarb Library, will be open seven days a week as follows:
Monday – Thursday: 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday: Noon - 5 p.m.
Sunday: 2 p.m. - 9 p.m
Brandeis community members can request computer help by calling 781-736-HELP. (The previous phone numbers will still work.)
The LTS Help Desk includes student staff from the former UNet Help Desk and two regular staff members from the former Tech Desk. Help Desk staff members Charlie Blumenthal and Jenn Bartes will provide computer help from an office on level 1 of the Goldfarb Library.
