Apple, PC, laptop, tablet, Android - what do you need to make the most of your college experience? While personal computers are not required, they are nice to have. Computer labs tend to fill up quickly around midterms and finals, so bring your own to have constant access. We also recommend that you bring a cell phone for those frequent calls home to Mom and Dad. All major cell phone carriers have service on campus.

What type of device?
You will see both Macs and PCs on campus, though our computer labs all feature Mac computers. Choose the device that you are most comfortable with so you are not learning a new operating system while you are taking new classes. Brandeis LTS offers discounts on Mac and Dell purchases.
Help Desk staff will be on hand in the residence halls at move-in to help you with any computer issues. The Help Desk provides computer tech support for students, by students.
