Midyear Students

Getting Acquainted

Welcome to Brandeis! As a member of the Midyear Class of 2012, you are invited to participate in the January Midyear Orientation Program. This program is specifically designed to help you get to know Brandeis, and discover many of the opportunities which will be available to you.

When you arrive on Friday, January 9, 2009 you will be greeted by your Midyear Mentors and Orientation Leaders, students who have been trained to be resources for you during Orientation and beyond.

As the program continues throughout the next few days, you will get to know your Midyear classmates, University services and resources, and members of the campus community. You may even discover something new about yourself!

The Midyear Mentor Program is a new initiative designed to support incoming midyears as you transition into your first year at Brandeis. Midyear Mentors are expected to serve as resources and role models to the Midyear Mentees beginning this March and continuing through Spring 2009. Your Mentor will be in touch with you on a regular basis to help answer any questions you may have.
