Orientation CORE Committee

Profile

Hello everyone! My name is Adrian Ashley and I am extremely excited to be a part of the fall 2018 orientation core committee! I was born in Sacramento, California, but have lived 15 minutes away from the amazing city of Seattle, Washington most of my life!

Even though I have been at Brandeis for over a year, I still feel like I am just scratching the surface of possibilities! I am a recently declared Chemistry major with a strong passion for medicine, general science, and legal studies! I have been interested in science most of my life, but find that I have just as much of an interest for the humanities as I do for the hard sciences.

Apart from my role in orientation, I play for the Brandeis Football (Soccer) Team, volunteer with Brandeis admissions and Prospect Hill Kid’s Club with the Waltham Group, and have recently taken up Mock Trial as my newest hobby. When I’m relaxing I like to watch Disney movies, The West Wing, and How I Met Your Mother on Netflix! I also just recently started making vlogs on YouTube, which has been a really awesome experience in itself! Core is an opportunity to continue to challenge myself to do new and exciting things, and I am eager to embark on this amazing journey with my fellow Core Committee members!
