Orientation CORE Committee

Hi everyone! My name is Erin Kobiella, and I’m thrilled to be part of the 2018 Orientation Core Committee! Born in Florida and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, coming to New England has been a dramatic change, but I’ve come to love my home (and the New England fall) in Waltham, MA at Brandeis.

Here at Brandeis, I am a junior double majoring in neuroscience and psychology with aspirations to become a neurology pediatric nurse practitioner. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy performing in the Brandeis-Wellesley Orchestra on trumpet. Music has played a large part in my life for many years, and I’m glad that I can pursue my musical passions here at Brandeis. During the weekends, my favorite thing to do is venture into Boston with friends and explore the city. Of all that Boston has to offer, I’d say my favorite thing to do is grab some cannolis in the North End and walk along the harbor.

Orientation at Brandeis holds a special place in my heart, and I am overjoyed to have the opportunity to be a member of the Orientation Core Committee. I can’t wait to start planning with the wonderful Orientation team, and I’m counting down the days until Orientation 2018!
