Congratulations on your admission to the Global Youth Summit on the Future of Medicine!
Students of your caliber must invest their summer time wisely and we are excited to welcome you to this year's delegation.
By attending the Summit, you will gain a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities created by the rapidly changing field of medicine and health. As you build a network of outstanding peers and potential mentors, we hope that you will be part of realizing the enormous potential of the medical and health fields for improving the world.

Step 1: Secure Your Enrollment
It is essential that you secure your enrollment to the Summit as soon as possible. To guarantee your spot in the delegation, you must submit the enrollment deposit.

Step 2: Make Travel Arrangements
You are responsible for making travel arrangements to and from the Summit.
Summit staff members will be stationed to meet delegates arriving at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and the Westwood, Mass. Rt 128 Amtrak Terminal (RTE). We ask all participants to book travel to Logan or the Amtrak no later than 1 p.m. on arrival day, Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on June 24.
We will also provide transportation back to the airport at the end of the program. We ask that all participants try to book travel that leaves Logan or the Amtrak anytime after 2pm.

Step 3: Fill Out Registration Forms
Once you submit your payment and you have received confirmation of enrollment, please submit your bio, travel, and medical information. To access the forms, you will need the login information you used to fill out your application for admission.
Please note that a parent or legal guardian must fill out and confirm the medical information. You will also be asked to submit a photo for your Summit ID badge and a copy of your current immunization records. You will have the ability to save your work and return to the forms and supply additional information as it becomes available. Once you submit the forms, however, any subsequent changes must be made by emailing the Summit directly.
The deadline for submitting all forms is May 1.
Step 4: Prepare for a Transformational Experience
Over the coming weeks and months, you and your parents will receive timely information on every aspect of the Summit and how to prepare for your journey to the Boston area. All correspondence will be sent via email to the addresses your submitted during the application process.
In the meantime, please read over the Participant Handbook. This handbook provides you and your parents with a detailed breakdown of campus and community policies as well as other pertinent logistical information.
