Search Committee for Sr Vice President for Communications

Dear Members of the Brandeis Community,

I am pleased to announce that the search committee that will assist me in identifying the next Senior Vice President for Communications has been formed and is ready to begin its task.

The 13-member committee is co-chaired by Anita Hill, Senior Advisor to the Provost and Professor of Social Policy, Law, and Women's Studies, and David Bunis '83, SVP, Chief of Staff to the President.

The committee is comprised of faculty members, administrative representatives, trustee, staff and student representation. I am grateful to all who have agreed to serve in this important role and I am confident that the perspectives the members bring to this process will result in a successful search.

Brandeis has retained the executive search firm of Storbeck/Pimentel, which specializes in searches for colleges, universities and independent schools, to guide our efforts. Storbeck/Pimentel has worked with Brandeis in the past and is very familiar with the university's needs. Managing Partner Shelly Weiss Storbeck will lead the Storbeck/Pimentel effort on the search.
