Brandeis closing notice
Oct. 28, 2012
7:22 p.m.
Brandeis Students, Faculty and Staff:
Late this afternoon Gov. Deval Patrick asked that all Massachusetts colleges and universities cancel activities on Monday. Accordingly, we are canceling classes and other scheduled events on campus. Dining halls will be open as usual on a weekday schedule.
Staff whose presence is essential to maintaining campus operations should report to work as usual. For all others, the university is considered closed. If in doubt whether you should report, please contact your supervisor.
We will continue to monitor the storm forecast overnight. We do not expect the expected impact to change materially, but if it does we will advise further in the morning.
Stay safe,
Fred
