Welcome from the Director
Dear Coexistence Students,
Congratulations on your admission to the Alan B. Slifka Program in Intercommunal Coexistence! We are excited to welcome you as the fifth official class in the Master's program in Coexistence and Conflict at Brandeis University.
In order to help you get acquainted with the program, we have put together an Orientation Booklet, which provides helpful information about the program facilities, faculty, classes, and resources related to this program. We know you will have at least one other general orientation, and two if you are an international student, so in order to not overwhelm you, we have not repeated much the information that will be covered in those orientations. Please feel free to read through the booklet, as it will be available online for easy access, but know that you will be going over it more thoroughly during your orientation with us at the end of August.
Until then, you can contact me regarding any academic issues, and Anne Gudaitis, the Program Administrator, regarding any administrative issues.
Also, if you are in the area over the summer, please stop in and say hello! Our administrative offices are located in the Abraham Shapiro Academic Complex on the 3rd Floor. We are very excited to meet all of you and welcome you to your new program.
Sincerely,
Mari Fitzduff
