Welcome
Introduction to the Virtual Resource Center
VRC Staff and Partners

Welcome!
Creative Resources for Coexistence and Reconciliation is a virtual resource center for artists, cultural workers, coexistence practitioners, peacebuilding scholars, students, and all who are interested in how the arts and cultural traditions can be crafted to bridge differences, mediate conflicts and contribute to peace. It is designed to share learning generated through our hands-on research initiative Creative Approaches to Coexistence and Reconciliation.

This website is divided into four main sections:

Current Initiatives: Learn about projects and events that are happening now, and current opportunities to get involved with our inquiry.

Library of Creative and Reflective Works. This is the core of the site. Here you will find resources in three different categories:

Links: Live links to websites of organizations working in the areas of the arts and building peace, art and human rights, cultural work and development, etc.

Courses: Find out about courses related to arts and peacebuilding at Brandeis University and access syllabi of related courses offered at other institutions.

You may also search the database by keywords. You can find material related to a specific artistic genre or peacebuilding theme, as well as all of the works by a particular author.
