Christine Del Castillo
Christine is originally from Metro Manila, Philippines. She completed her bachelor's in Art History and Museum Studies at the State University of New York, Buffalo in 2006. She was also the recipient of the Student of the Year award in her major.
Her background is in contemporary art museums. She has worked at three to date: the Albright-Knox Art Gallery, the Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston, and the Rose Art Museum of Brandeis University, where she played a key role in development and marketing projects.
She is currently employed by the Asian University for Women Support Foundation, producing PR and Communications materials which promote the campus architecture. The AUW campus is currently under construction in Chittagong, Bangladesh and was designed by the internationally renowned architectural firm Moshe Safdie and Associates.
She wrote her Cultural Production thesis on public art, specifically artist Jenny Holzer's light projections of declassified U.S. documents
