Undergraduate Departmental Representatives
Matt Lawrence and Tara Metal
Brandeis seniors Matt Lawrence and Tara Metal are the undergraduate departmental representatives for European cultural studies. Matt also majors in history and is writing a thesis on medievalism. Tara also majors in art history and is writing a thesis on modern art.
So far this year, they have organized a trip to MassMoCA in Western Massachusetts. They look forward to a semester full of similar trips and events.
ECS lends itself quite well to study abroad. While juniors, Matt studied in England and Tara studied in Italy.
