| Rachel has a M. Ed. from Bank Street College of Education. In addition to classroom teaching, Rachel has created a Pre-K-4 Spanish language curriculum, participated in science education research with Education Development Center (EDC), and consulted with the disability awareness program Understanding Our Differences. Rachel is currently a part time English as a Second Language teacher in the Newton Public Schools, Newton, MA. Her first book, Heart of the Matter: A Practical Guide to Attitude in Teaching is being released in January 2009. |  |
