Undergraduate Lecturer for the Education Program
Frannie Moyer began teaching English in Boston at the Williams Barton Rogers Middle School in 1969. From 1972 to 1989, she lived and worked overseas with her husband and three children.
Frannie has taught in a small American school in Costa Rica; studies at a local university in the Dominican Republic; served on the American School Board in Bolivia; helped start an international school and served as director for two years in Panama; and finally, in Taiwan, she taught at the Taipei American School - serving also as the middle-school English/History coordinator. She returned to the United States in 1989, where she began teching English at Newton South High School and led the English Department for the last five years before retiring in June 2008.
