Beginning in the Fall of 2006, a weekly Peace Vigil was held in the center of the Peace Garden, on the Peace Monument.
Join the Brandeis Chaplains each Tuesday for a weekly vigil for peace.
Whether you are part of a religious tradition or not, we welcome the Brandeis family to join us outside Usdan at the Peace Memorial every Tuesday to be mindful of the war in Iraq and to express together our hope for a just and speedy resolution. Stand with us in solidarity with all those whose lives have been impacted by this war -- innocent citizens of Iraq, members of our armed forces, those who have been wounded and killed. Stand with us as a witness to hope for peace soon.
