Invited Seminar Speakers
Two to four times each semester, the QB program sponsors research seminars presented by distinguished scientists from outside the university. Speakers are selected to showcase examples of successful interdisciplinary research.
In addition to attending the seminar, QB program students get to hear the "back story" on the research being presented when they meet with the seminar speaker for an informal discussion over lunch.
All QB seminars are cosponsored with one or more of the participating departments and are open to all members of the community. QB cosponsors speakers with the following seminar programs:
