QB Seminars
Two to four times each semester the QB program sponsors research seminars presented by distinguished scientists from outside the university. Speakers are selected to showcase examples of successful interdisciplinary research. All QB seminars are co-sponosored with one or more of the participating departments and are open to all members of the community. In addition to attending the seminar, the QB program students get to hear the "back story" on the research when they meet with the seminar speaker for an informal discussion over lunch.
