The Glimpse documentation currently consists of  this web site (including the Frquently Asked Questions page) plus a Windows help format file, Glimpse.chm, that is included in both the executable and source distributions of Glimpse.  There is also context help for most menu items.

To view context help:  press CTRL-H in Glimpse, then mouse over the menu item of interest.

The Glimpse help file can be run by START>Programs>Gelles Lab Software>Glimpse Help.
