What's New?
|
The location and some descriptions of detailed information will change on your pay stub when we start using the PeopleSoft HR/Payroll System, and the check or stub will be in a self-sealed envelope.

Why?
|
Currently, an external provider, ADP, Inc. produces all our paychecks and the pay stubs. After May 1, we will produce paychecks and pay stubs using our own PeopleSoft system and its standard layout for checks and pay stubs.
|
|||||
|
Who does this affect?
|
After May 1, everyone who is paid by the University will receive this new check or direct deposit advice pay stub. Please note: Your current direct deposit designations will continue throughout this transition and will not be affected.
|
|||||
|
Examples of the change
|
The detail section of the new pay stub will include employee and employer contributions to employee benefits. The direct deposit detail information will be displayed in a separate box rather than as a deduction. The new pay stub will separately display before and after tax deductions.
