Sponsor Announces Student Administration Gateway (sage)

Sage, the Student Administration Gateway, is now online at http://sage.brandeis.edu.

Brandeis University's legacy student information systems, which have been in service for well over 17 years, will be replaced shortly with a new system, called SAGE, built on the PeopleSoft Student Administration software. SAGE, or Student Administration Gateway, which has been in development over a year, will be activated in the next few weeks to manage registration for fall 2004 course enrollments.

What will change?

Starting in March there will be new web pages for viewing course catalog information, class schedules, and class rosters. We have also added a number of enhancements such as full course titles and advanced search functions.

How will this affect me?

At the end of February, the Registrar's office will provide passwords and links to detailed information, including online tutorials and instructions for using SAGE, to undergraduate faculty and students. Beginning March 1st undergraduate faculty and students should access SAGE and become familiar with the system.
